Sorry for the delayed yet late updates. As the saying goes, "A picture paints a thousand words", I don't have to further elaborate or explain what this post is all about.

Our cupcakes are made to order to keep its freshness hence there's no ready made.

Include order details as well, such as designs, colours, words, flavors, personal customization etc.

For small orders, our prices are fixed; therefore there'll be no discounts or price reduction of any kind.

There will be an additional 'complexity charge' for cupcake sets which requires extra expertise and effort to accomplish.

Minimum deposit of 75% of the total will be charged for every confirmed order to avoid any back-outs. Customers who backs out after placing and confirming an order will be BLACKLISTED.

For payments made through ATMs, Maybank2U and Cash Deposit Machines, the amount to be transferred shall be adjusted to the nearest tenth, for example the total price RM55, a payment/transfer of RM50 shall be made and the remaining to be paid in cash upon pick-ups.

SteamMeCupcake will only proceed to complete orders once there is confirmation and acknowledgement from both parties.

Large orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance to avoid complications.

Express orders will be charged accordingly, i.e. completion of order 2 days after or on the same day it is requested. For small orders, a minimum of RM10 will be charged.

No mixing of cupcakes within a set; for example a set of 16 minis, a mixture of 8 chocolate and 8 vanilla flavoured cupcakes are not allowed.

COD (Cash on Delivery) will be charged :
- Bukit Beruang, Ayer Keroh - RM5
- Bukit Baru, Batu Berendam - RM10
- Malacca Town - RM15
- Other places will be charged accordingly.
